Our program is simple! Once your account is activated, you will receive a unique URL to accurately record and reflect your clicks and sales through our affiliate software, Refersion. This will be populated to your email once accepted into our system. The following are our payment tiers. These amounts are based on a 30 day period. $0-$750 = 5% $750-$1999 = 7% $2000 + = 10% Sale amounts are based on the product subtotal and calculated pre-tax and pre-shipping. Commissions are only paid for the first month of a recurring subscription. Payments will be issued from our conversion software via PayPal with a 30-45 day term. You must complete your PayPal information in Refersion to receive payment. History Unboxed reserves the right to terminate any affiliate at any time. Should this occur, payments will be calculated effective to the date of termination, and a final payment issued. Please let us know if you have any questions. Please fill out a W-9 form or equivalent (link below) and send back to [email protected] so you can receive a 1099 at the end of the calendar year. We cannot issue a payment without this form, as outlined in Refersion's Terms.
